Cutting

After cutting, the leather parts are checked for quality and grouped according to shape.

Sewing

As soon as the gloves are sewn, they are sorted by glove type and the seams are checked.

Packaging

Before packaging, the gloves are subjected to a metal detector test to ensure that the goods are free from contamination.

AMARTIN is the distributor of these high-quality gloves. We value quality. Our grade A and B leather gloves are designed for long-lasting performance, as our manufacturer employs over 1,000 skilled workers. Around 1.2 million gloves per month are produced here, including mechanic, driver, rigger and modern safety gloves. Our supplier's leather expertise ensure that the best materials are always sourced. The grain leather cover comes from qualified sources worldwide, which guarantees secure supply chains for the raw products. Our manufacturer guarantees the production of consistently high quality gloves with a long service life. They use only the best A and B grade leather for the gloves, working with high quality factories which use welding parts, cranes, heavy milling, drilling and turning machines.

Our Stitches : Our gloves are sewn with 8-9 stitches per inch of glove as standard, instead of the industry standard of 5-6 stitches.
Reinforcing the stitches significantly increases the durability and longevity of the glove.
Sewing closer to the edge increases the comfort and flexibility of the glove without sacrificing durability.

Our Leather Quality:  Our manufacturer only uses selected grade A and B leather.

Handwork:  In contrast to fully automated production with random sample checks, we take EVERY pair of gloves in our hands and check the leather, cut and sewing quality.
